Preparing for a multi-fuel future starts with honest conversations about complex challenges.

CORE IMPACT

Turning evidence and risk into clear decisions

01

Protect capital and fuel commitments

Stress-test fuel supply agreements, offtake agreements, and technology CapEx. We audit the underlying physics and emissions calculations to ensure investments remain viable in real-world dynamic operating conditions.

02

Build clarity and alignment

Equip organizations with transparent data and intelligence systems that align internal stakeholders and mitigate transition risk - shift from hesitation to action.

03

Translate data and intelligence into defensible strategy

As market conditions shift, companies should not be forced to abandon their ambition or follow the industry herd. We translate data and regulatory intelligence into flexible execution plans—enabling operators to pivot their implementation with total confidence.

Maintain course. Be dynamic in how you get there.

Decades of delivery and leadership across heavy industry

For the past two decades, I’ve tackled environmental challenges in decarbonization, the circular economy, and industrial emissions across sectors like maritime transport, oil and gas, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

I help leaders and organizations make decisions that protect their P&L and reduce real-world impact. This matters because physics and markets don’t care about well-intentioned strategies on paper. After years leading Life Cycle Assessment and Environmental Impact at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, I can evaluate transition systems on what actually moves molecules and makes margin - not what looks good in an announcement.

The energy transition isn’t delivered by ambition; it requires data, honest conversations about complex trade-offs, a clear-eyed view of risk, and bold leadership.

That is where I focus.
